This policy explains what information The NIL Game Plan collects and how we use it. We keep it simple because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you choose to sign up for the free checklist or our newsletter. We use it to send you the resource you requested and occasional money-education emails.
- Purchase information — if you buy a product, payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card details.
- Basic analytics — like most websites, we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are popular (for example, page views and general location/device type). This is aggregate and not used to personally identify you.
How we use it
- To deliver the resources, products, and emails you request.
- To improve our content and understand what's useful.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
We rely on trusted third parties to run the site, including an email service provider (to send emails), a payment processor (Stripe, for purchases), and possibly an analytics provider. These services have their own privacy policies governing the data they handle.

- You can use most of the site without providing any personal information at all.
Children
Our content is intended for college-age athletes and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
